Hi;

Has anyone have any experience with the MED Engineering range of camshafts?

I had settled on a particular cam but then came across these, they do several kits which look very competitive (price wise). In particular I am looking at the Med ST2 with RS Cam which says it has a 264 duration and a power band of 1250 - 6500 which is exactly what I am after.

These are Cross Drilled Billet Camshafts, which transfer oil from the lobe to the follower.

They come with double valve springs, chilled iron followers, cam timing disc, cam lock tab, Vernier Duplex Gears and Chain, Steel Backed Oil Pump and a choice of Camshafts.

At £370 it seems a good deal?

Any thoughts

How do these compare to AC's RS Cam which I have heard several very good things about?

Not used that particular cam but I'm running their super finished fia15 cam and followers and their oil pump, no issues.

Is this based on the duration quoted as 264? How does this compare to a cam with a lower duration?

Yes the Med kit seems to be great quality.
