What are some of the delete that you can do with the mini either in the engine bay or elsewhere thanks to modern technology?

What are some of the delete that you can do with the mini either in the engine bay or elsewhere thanks to modern technology?
For me a (pre injection) Mini is the perfect antidote to modern technology, nothing electronic or complicated to go wrong. Why make it more complicated?
