So today I had to replace a wheel stud that I'd sheered off from over tightening, to do this I had to undo the nut off the drive shaft with a 2ft Breaker bar whilst my mate sat on the brakes to stop it turning. Did the job and then put the car back together no problems as it seemed. However on test drive the wheel that I've been working on now hits the arch it like I've some how managed to move the hub around 15mm forward. I've taken both wheels off and can't figure out what the issue is. Any ideas people?

Centre at the front? You'll probably have bent the subframe

No the edge to one side, I packed it with 4"2 to spread the load first. Doing it on this manner hasn't caused me problems previously but while we're on the subject where would you jack from? I've just had a look and the tie bars don't look bent I'm going to replace them any way with adjustable heavy duty ones. What else may of happened? Like I said I believe it's where I undid the drive shaft with a big Breaker bar because of the amount of heaving I've done due to how tight it was. The other bits I've done before a few times and never had an issue although iam a novice so could of easily messed up some where. Any opinions are greatly appreciated
Cheers
