You really do not want a 1380 block. To rebuild that will require special sleeves and even then the block may not take the further boring to fit them.

If you can find a 1330 or smaller (there is really no such thing as a 1340 unless it has a strange crankshaft) you will find the job much easier and a lot cheaper. People have bought 1380 short motors to rebuild and ended up having to find another block casting. In fact, I had to sort out a 1380 engine which had been incorrectly re-bored and I had to source a replacement block.
