Hi again mini experts.

 

can any one tell me what this tank is and where it would fit on my 1992 1275.

 

it was with our mini when we bought it but not fitted.

can anyone I D this tank that was with a box of bits for our 1992 1275.

Where would it be mounted and connected to

That's the expansion tank for the radiator, it sits under the left hand wing, a quick google will give you a location or mounting kit

Thanks. I have tried and can find lots of entry’s for foreign websites but can’t seem to get one I can understand.

Thanks Spraybeater, I couldn't find anything.. I have a cross over year car (1993MY, 1275 HIF 38 carb )

However I removed my expansion bottle when we resprayed the car, as the mounting bracket bolts snapped when removed.
