Is this any thing to worry about on my rover mini sidewalk 1995,it’s like this on both sides?

Could be a split in the paint or could,be slot deeper.
Sand it down is the only way to find out.

That looks like cracking caused by running for too long on worn out from subframe mounts.
I would check the other side as well. Although it’s not terminal you should definitely have your subframe mounts checked/replaced and have any cracks cleaned up, drilled at the ends & welded up.
