My engine spec is very mild, MPi block (probably 1310), Calver GT head, Kent 274 cam, Calver 1.4 rockers, stock cast exhaust manifold with Maniflow downpipe.

 

Rover MEMS 2J uses both TPS and MAP. The SC Typhoon II has provision for it, but currently no documentation on their site for implementing it.

 

In the US where I am, there is one shop that has knowledge of SX Tune about 100 miles away. Once I sort out the basics, I will take it to him for fine tuning.

I understand that the 50mm and the 45mm may have different threads in the fuel rail. I'd assume that they were all ORB -6, can anyone shed any light on what they may be, mainly the 45mm. Thanks.

This is correct as I am using AN fittings, I had to get adapters. I can pull out my EFI parts box and confirm if I have any leftover adapters in there.

Did you use AN-6 to ORB 9/16" adaptors?

The fuel rail thread is metric on the SC kit.

Thanks Steve, probably best to hold off ordering the adapters until the TB arrives.

I would hold off as there seem to be some changes to what is supplied by SC.

The 50 mm TBs I have use 12 mm X 1.5, but they are several years old.

The 45 is different. I thought I had a spare set of what it takes, but the only ones I have are in use and I cannot find a receipt for them.

Just to update, the 45mm throttle body has M12x1.5 threads in the fuel rail, as TMS suggested. Thanks all.
