Hi everyone,
How do we over come the restrictions enforced by the Ultra Low Emissions Zone? Are there any general thoughts on whether to keep things as is or modify the engine so we can still run around on public roads?
What do you think?

Thanks a lot for this.
My car is a 1998 Rover Mini.
I believe these engines are NOT Ulez compliant. Am I correct? In any case why BMW? Mine's a Rover and sadly they are no more.
So how can I make use of your tip?
