Looks like I need some help again... I’m after the 3 way red connector used on metro turbo. This I believe is just a 3 way connector with some gauze inside. Nothing special but it seems impossible to identify or find for sale. Any help most welcome. I’ve now got almost everything to complete my build... apart from the time to do it ?

Not sure exactly. I think it’s just connected into breather lines

Do you have a picture of your old one?

as there are a few 3 way connectors used in the breathing system.

I tried to attach a picture but doesn’t seem to have added. I don’t have an original as my mini is in bits and the engines not standard or ever been fitted. The connector is used on all metro turbos and ERA turbos. Sits at top RH side of engine bay.

I’m guessing you’re after the red piece that sat near the thermostat housing on this engine.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen one for sale but there’s a Metro Turbo Facebook group that might be worth asking on.

Send the guy with the Turbo engine on eBay message and ask him if he’ll sell his or be prepared for a long wait and lots more searching.

So I have tried all suppliers and have again been unable to find this Red 3 way connector. By as Tupers suggested i contacted the guy in portugal to buy the 1 hanging on the front of his engine for sale on ebay. Hopefully this will now be in the post in the next day or so... RESULT
