couldn't resist poking this whilst replacing sill.Some part must be double skinned and someone has been here before.How should it be please?

There is no double skin there but there is a close out panel that attaches to the front of the arch, sits on top of the end of the heelboard and the quarter panel sits on it.

On the Minispares website site type in 14A6612

Thanks for that pointer,it must leave a very small gap betwixt it and the quarter panel:ideal size to prevent rustproofer entering without particular attention.I find that most rebuild pictures show beautifully the centre of the repair and leave the end fixings artfully out of focus.There are many pictures of will/toeboard but few of this closeout.Tomorrows task.Steve..
