I have had one fitted for a few years, was working fine. Now when indicating left it does not work. Indicating Right works fine. Hazard switch and relay is also fine. Lamps are all ok too.

Is it likely the relay, given one direction works fine?

Meant to add, I have tested with a lamp connected to earth, when indicating left the test lamp flashes faster than when indicating right.

The test light might not be enough load to flash at the correct speed.

Check the earths on the indicator units, I'd put my money on the front one being crusty, also make sure the bullet terminal and body end of the earth is clean too

If one side lights with the hazards, but not as indicators, I'd strongly suspect the indicator  stalk.

Cheers for the feedback. So yes all lights work fine on the hazards, so I know the bulbs and wiring to the lamps are good.

Its just indicating in one direction (left) that they dont work - the relay does click though and like I say the test lamp flashes faster than when indicating right.

I'll take a look at the stalk next - give the contacts a clean up.

Took the stalk off, contacts and a ball bearing rattling around! Might be the problem!!

Check out the wiring connectors on the loom behind the carb. Think that's where the left indicator wiring is.
