Hello,

I get information to establish the French papers of my mini, I have the invoice, the MOT, the V5 and I see that in France the COC is no longer produced by Rover since no more garage, and that it is necessary to go to a site to have it done. and the price is very variable...
how do you do it?
and the United Kingdom do you need this document.

I mean, is he assigned to a car or general?

thank you for your answers

No, not needed in UK. This is also a problem for French residents who buy UK Motorhomes. In some cases it can cost up to 1000 euros for the full inspection because no C of C is available. Some leave the UK registration on but have a French MOT (Control Technique).

CoC documents were only produced since 1996 so if your car is older you will not get one.

I posted this link in the London ULEZ thread https://www.dvlaadvi...f_emissions.htm

Seems appropriate for here too, although the company is in Bristol not France, but could maybe advise you.
