Hi everyone,
Just joined this forum as i have started refurbishing my British open classic 1275. My sunroof no longer works, i have power at the switch and at the motor, any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
The roof on my British Open Classic doesn't work either, the motor runs, but the cable has broken. It's a job I have to do when I fit a new vinyl cover.
Is your motor making any sound? If so, it could be a cable problem like mine. If there's power to the motor and the motor isn't turning, maybe the mechanism has seized and the motor won't budge it. An allen key can be used to manually operate the mechanism to test it. Or maybe the motor has failed.
