Hi there,
So my mini has finally finished now and ready for the road again but seeing as it's an spi and barely run I'm wondering how much itll cost to make it so. Now I know many garages will charge different prices and I'm hoping to take it to the mini specialist in shoreham-by- sea my list of what's need is:
Pre mot check + not
Check cooling system for overheating (more for one peace of mind)
Correctly set up the throttle body inlet manifold to help it run more smoothly
Tracking and correct centering of the steering

Those are the last few bits needing doing that I feel are above my knowledge and feel more comfortable in a experienced person

Thanks for any advice or could point me in any mini friendly garages in or near the Littlehampton area

What makes you think that the engine might be overheating ?

Is it because the windscreen de-mister works, Lol.

Just for piece of mind to be honest! Everything is replaced but it's been stationary for a while just one less thing to worry about. I'm a new driver on the roads and my mini is my first car so just reassurance on my mind
