Hi I'm looking for some help, im after a MK1 front subframe but was wondering what the difference is between the manual subframe to the automatic subframe is and what bit do I need to look for ? If any one has any pictures of them this would be great, I'm after a manual.

An auto subframe is wider between the engine mountings.

A MKI Frame may also be for Hydro too.

A MKI Frame may also be for Hydro too.
Indeed, I would think this is a more important consideration as you can get engine mounts that convert an auto subframe to manual making the difference less critical.
