Hi, the plastic gasket part number JZX3064EVA that sits between the injector housing and the inlet manifold is showing as NLA on the main suppliers' sites. Does anyone know of a possible source? Is a plastic gasket essential - just thinking about fabricating one if I can't source original spec.
While I have the throttle body apart is there anything I should replace / recondition for preventative maintenance?

If you mean the one pictured, then you're in luck there's one for sale on Ebay atm...

But from your description of between inlet manifold and injector housing you could mean LZV1101EVA, which is plastic and available still.

If you have stripped down your entire throttle body assembly then you will need to replace any gaskets, they are essential as you'll have fuel escaping out of the system where you don't want it too...
