So Ive brought a bucket seat for the mini and what I intend to do is once I've set the position for me personally I was going to make up some brackets out of ply or something before taking them to a fabrication company to get some welded up properly (my welding is amateur at best) if I go down this route what is recommended to make the mounting compliant for motorsport? The car isn't used for any in particular but would like the option at a later date so would prefer to do it properly now. Thanks

What type of bucket seats are they proper fixed back ones or reclining?
