"St Modwen, the UK based company which specialises in the regeneration of brownfield and urban environments, has confirmed that two derelict buildings at the former MG Rover car factory ground in Longbridge – CAB 1 and CAB 2 – will begin to be demolished from Monday 13 January 2020."
