hey all,

Ive currently got a brake servo with a 5/8s "banjo bolt" in my inlet.
I want to order a howley inlet manifold but the bolt size is smaller - owner cant seem to get a measurement for me but the head of the allen bolt in place is 1/2" diameter which should be a 3/8s thread.

Is there a way to connect my servo to a 3/8s banjo bolt or is there some sort of adapter? Otherwise Ill have to get the inlet retapped to take the 5/8 thread and machine the surface around it flat.

My only concern is that there is not enough surface in that area of a howley inlet to machine the thread and the surface for the copper seal/washer.

Cheers

The Vacuum Hoses are 1/2". All you need do is find a fitting that has a thread and size to suit the Manifold with a 1/2" Barb. The hole size through the original Cooper S Barb is only 5/16" (8 mm), so as long as it's that or bigger, you should be fine.
