I can't figure out why my Mini won't start after rebuild. On my first attempt the Mini started and was running for at least 15-20 seconds before I told my wife to shut it down so I could tighten up a couple of bits. On the restart, I no luck.
I look at the ignition coil (seems to be working).
Replace the spark plugs.
Seems to be getting fuel (because of the strong smell)
CARB seems okay.
I am having a hard time verifying my HT leads and timing because I can't get the gears (auto) to engage to place NR1 and NR4 piston TDC? Would could be the issue with this?
