Hi all,im downsizing from 13 to 12 inch wheels,i have some revolite wheels to go on,just need to know do the wheels centre on the studs themselves or do i need a spacer in rear brake drum to centre them.i have the proper nuts at 13.9mm diameter to fit.

should centre on the sleeve nuts? as fitted to mambas and revolution wheels

On the studs .. the PCD must be 4 inches ... Minis's do imperial .. (or 101.6mm ..)

Ok cheers,ive made some adaptors to centre them on rear drums,going to do same on front hubs to be on safe side.

Not needed and people have been racing on minis with no center locators forever.

I would be more worried about the wheels being Revolite.

I have read about that but i wont be racing etc,i only do 5 miles a day,these are just a stopgap until i decide whats next,going from 13x7s,to 12s,want a nicer ride instead of a look.any suggestions on wheels and arches on a red mini with mustang stripes up bonnet,over roof and down the bootlid,just finishing replacing alot of panels so a blank canvas basically.

Also they have to be up to standard for the road surely.
