Hi all
Got my car on display at bingley and driving it down there. Just wondered if there is anywhere close by where I could wash the car before I took it into the hall. I’m thinking of the ones like they have at sainsburys etc where you pay per minute for the pressure washer. I don’t want to go to a proper car wash were you drive through or where someone else washes it.
The tap outside the hall was just dripping last time and big queues.

If you are coming off the M6 at Junction 14, head left at the roundabout on the A34 (you would usually go straight on to Bingley) and around 5 miles ish (from junction 16) back along the A34 (into Stone) there is a Shell garage at one of the roundabouts with a "do it yourself" car wash. May also be one in Stafford, but I'm afraid I don't know Stafford at all (so can't advise on that).

Alternately (I would highly recommend), getting yourself a load of micro-fibre cloths and a few bottles of this: LINK

We use it on the show van when we arrive at every show (come rain or shine and as always, we will be using it on Sunday morning when we arrive), it works excellently.

Kind regards,

Thanks that’s great. I have some of the waterless wash stuff
Greased Lightning Showroom Shine 1Ltr Waterless Car Wash, Wax & Polish https://www.amazon.c...i_oNHjEbTGPTB7J
But because I’m traveling a distance, I thought I’d try and blast most of the salt etc of first then use my cleaner once indoors
