Hi all can you fit a new head lining with the windows fitted front and rear ??

You can on my van!  I think you have to tuck it under the seals on the cars though.

If you want it to look good I would say no. The front and rear lips that the lining is wrapped around and glued allow you to get the tension on the lining. With the rubbers already in, you wouldn't be able to get enough glue on it to hold it in place permanently. National windscreens will replace them. They did my front and rear last year for around £80

I agree with the above. In order to get the tension right the windows need to be out.
Then fit it with bulldog clips, get it all correct then get on with the contact adhesive
