For sale is my 1982 mini mayfair

Price £4250 ono

Change in circumstances (first baby on the way) forces sale, gutted for it to go, searched for a solid one for a while! Garaged so always nice and dry. As you can see I've put plenty of money into it as I was expecting to keep this for a lot longer! I have receipts for all the parts added, all parts were brand new too!

Shell is solid, all original sills.

You do realise when the baby grows up it will be sick of hearing you tell stories about 'when I had a Classic Mini'.

Maybe a stupid question but which was the better drivers car? The mini or the exige?

Genuinely they're both fantastic for different, and simliar, reasons actually.

Both raw, analogue and huge fun at low speeds... just the exige has the ability to go blisteringly fast and inspire huge confidence. That supercharger whine too, I could hear it ALL day

While everyone raves about old 911s, grab an elise, a bargain compared and a lot rarer too!

Id kill for an exige or an elise to be honest, a lotus is certainly going to happen one day. Cheers for the feedback.
Good luck with the sale of the mini.
