Several times over the years I’d imagine. It’s also covered in the Vizard book and in a multitude of YouTube videos

I used the one by Keith Calver (on his web site).  And to a lesser extent the one on the Retro Minis site.

These are for the standard single cam setup and use the method of setting the number one inlet valve maximum opening at the correct crank degrees (say 106 degrees, depending on cam).

Keith points out that the timing should be done with the head on which loads up the chain as the valves open against the springs.

I found this made a difference of 2 degrees (with new chain and sprockets).  Apparently this is less of an issue if you are using a belt.
