I have an issue with my Verto clutch, it is so close to the floor and hardly disengaging.

I have replaced from the master to slave with a one piece braided line, the slave itself, the pushrod, the plunger and release bearing as well as the clutch arm but yet still a very low clutch

Do I just replace the clutch and pressure plate?

I have just been measure my movement on the clutch fork and its just a bit less than 3/4 inch so this should indicate a mechanical problem?

It will be ok, when I changed mine and set the throw out nut to 6.5mm.

Not sure quite what you’re saying here, throw out nuts I have taken off, don’t make a difference to my problem at the moment, I will refit when the cars back together for the time being I think I am going to replace my clutch as I think it’s a pressure plate issue
