Could anyone tell me the length of the metal bush in the bottom arm bushes ? Building a subframe and dont have one to hand !

Actually, just a little longer than that.

 

I was thinking about this as when using 1/2” rose joints you have two spacers that are also 1/2” so I would update my answer to 3/4”

most 1/2" RJ's are 5/8" wide across the ball flats, and most spacers that are specific to Mini are 12mm wide..
