Hi thought I better finally say hello, after joining about 3 weeks ago. As I've finally purchased another Mini after I last had one 30 odd years ago, and I'm not sure I've done the right thing? After jumping in and buying a rather nice little black F reg Mini City with less than 14000 on the clock.

Now I keep asking myself, have I done the right thing? Is this the right car for a 60 odd year old bloke? As I bet one or two others around here have had similar doubts or worries?

Well hopefully I'll know if done the right thing once weather sorts it's self out, and I finally get to drive the little Min.

Who cares how old you (or the car for that matter) are...await for a nice dry spring day and get on those little country lanes  :D

As another over 60 year old, you have definitely made a good decision, the Mini will bring a smile to your face every time you drive it, strangers will talk to you and admire a very nice Mini.

Defo the right choice of classic - you'd do your back in bending over to push an MG at your age  :P
