I've been over the topics and can't find anything specific to this. I really like the look of the rear valances with large holes. I presume this is done to save weight. I don't see that it saves much weight but I think it just looks great. Pic attached. I'm wondering if you can buy a valance like this or more importantly if you can cut the holes whilst the valance is in position? Has anyone done that. In the pic the edges of the holes look bent over and tidied? Can anyone help me with advice as to how to achieve this look?

The guy that owns that mini was making some of them valances, It can be done in situ but the holes are swaged/ dimpled which needs a special tool.

Or just remove the whole valence, maximum weight saving
