I've been self isolating by myself at speed down country lanes in the Mini.  Best therapy there is.  Have to watch out for the self isolating cyclists, horse riders and walkers though.

I think I have lots to do at home. This includes redecorating two bedrooms and the kitchen, painting garden fences, finishing the restoration of my 1990 road-rally Cooper, sorting out the electrical issue on my 1964 'S' and beginning the full restoration of my Grandson's 1985 Mayfair 'Mk.1 Cooper replica') which is extensive. The only limiting factor will be the ability to get parts and materials on-line and getting Argonshield from BOC delivered, but that shouldn't be a big issue.

My good friend and former Cooper 'S' owner works on emergency planning in the NHS. He is in a very senior position and says that he expects the isolation to go on until September or October, especially for those most at risk, and expects full lock-down to be in place here by the end of this week.

This is probably a greater threat to life than we have experienced since the 1918 fly epidemic when 200,000 died in the UK. Am I worried? Yes, very worried and determined to totally isolate.

Have you tried https://www.jigsawplanet.com/ they have got loads of free online jigsaws and you can choose the number of pieces depending how hard you want to make it. I do a car one every day and still haven't got to the end yet!

Have ordered myself some jigsaws for once the working from home dries up.  Haven't done them regularly for years but have done bits occasionally when we visit the in-laws who always have one one the go. You can lose hours on them and they work well for stress relief.

More interesting to most though will be the other time wasting projects I've bought being as I can't get at my Mini projects at this time. Have bought one of these

Have seen one built before and they look like a nicely made piece of engineering so am looking forward to getting building.
