Gave them a call as there was still no movement that I could see. Was told it had been invoiced so should be with me today. Not sure who I spoke to, but the poor guy sounded rushed off his feet and said it had gone manic!

I think it only shows once the order is sent not on the initial order invoice

There's usually a second invoice that comes through after the first, with the discount. It was Ivan that said I didn't have it, I've been talking to Simon about it and trying to get clarification.

I mistakenly have 2 accounts 1 with my business name and the other my name. 1 had the discount the other doesnt. Take it you didn't screw up like I did?
