I've been contemplating putting speakers in the front side pockets but wonder how the wires are to be routed to the radio. The door will open, of course, but what will happen to the wires?  Some sort of spring retractor to pull them back inside as the door closes

Are they not a little large to fit in the gap between door and A pillar on a Mini?
