maybe a daft question........ive had no dealings and dont know of him so no axe to grind ................ but if hes known to be ripping people off [judging from the above hes known] why is he not a banned member here ?

for any others with a problem county court is easy peasey
put in moneyclaimonline
its on .gov.uk
even for £50 if you want your money back they will get it.
once you have judgement

Can't pay won't pay
its in with the bailiffs
he was offered the easy amicable way and given notice
now it starts getting costly.
