Change the coil and remove/bypass the ballast wire.

where is the none ballast by pass located

Your ballast wire is white with a pink trace and you need to disconnect that from the coil. There will be a white yellow wire going from the coil to the starter and that needs to stay.

Take a new feed from spade one of your fuse box (where the white wire connects) and run to the +ve on your new coil.

The white yellow can also be ditched. Run a new feed from the fuse box and cut the ballast resistor out of its junction near the fuse box. Use some heat shrink to cover the cut wire, or remake the connections with a butt connector
