how do you alter your ballast to none ballast

Change the coil and remove/bypass the ballast wire.

You need a 12v coil, a length of appropriate size wire to go along the wiring loom to the fuse box and 2 spade connectors

Take a new feed from spade one of your fuse box (where the white wire connects) and run to the +ve on your new coil.

Your ballast wire is white with a pink trace and you need to disconnect that from the coil. There will be a white yellow wire going from the coil to the starter and that needs to stay.

The white yellow can also be ditched. Run a new feed from the fuse box and cut the ballast resistor out of its junction near the fuse box. Use some heat shrink to cover the cut wire, or remake the connections with a butt connector

What year is your car? It may be that the wire is a resistive wire rather than actually having a resistor fitted.

A 1992 car shouldn't have a ballast resistor coil or wire.

Give your wires a clean and double check the colours
