Slightly off-mini but someone on here helped me with a query about the old style hinges which i was planning to use on my kit car. I now have the hinges, and have worked out how to pack them out to fit my bodywork (a right fiddle but worth it in the end)
I'm now ready to paint them, off the body/doors. The hinges seem to be in 3 parts, but come assembled. Should i break them down into the component parts before spraying or just spray them assembled.
