whats the crack with this valve then. what happens to the hoses that normally are attatched to the original airbox. Are these blanked when using the aftermarket filter? or is the whole thing just removed? just had a read, it says this prevents backfired....... sod it id rather remove it and get it spitting flames and popping hehehehe cheers.

i removed mine pulled the elbows out with molegrips and tapped with m10 and inserted grub screws, sold the ais unit on ebay.

cheers koss... was gonna just tap the elbows as i was bit worried about the metal dropping onto exhaust valves then into engine when it runs but it does look tidy doing it your way
