What the best way to spray boot hinges , the boot and hinges are both off the car at the moment

I don’t wNt to spray them and then have them stuck shut

I laid mine out on card with the studs in to keep them off it. Then sprayed them. Re orientated them to make sure I did not miss any bits when hinged open and touched up as required.
