Look like team dynamics to me, think they are pro race 1.2s, but never knew they made small enough diameter to fit a mini.

Yep that’s them, I know they fitted Rover 400; can’t seem them fitting a mini though

They look like 14's with super low profile tyres?  

 

I have seen 14's fitted to minis in some magazine articles or on the 'net but I guess using a 45 or 40 profile tyre so the ride must be quite "firm"

Turbo Phil used to run 14s on his car. IIRC someone ran 16s

Yes I think so, R53 colour. 

 

If I remember correctly, you can fit 4x100 wheels with wobble bolts. if that is an advisable method is most probably up for discussion, but that's how you could theoretically do it. I've run wobble bolts on modern daily cars with no problems.

I ran 14’s until last year. 195/45/14 tyres required.

If you ran wobble bolts (Minis have studs) on a hub without a spigot the bolts would likely live up to their name.
