Just after some opinions. I know everything is salvageable if you put enough time and effort in. Is this bulkhead worth it or would a replacement be a better option?

Looking at the amount of rot there and having done a load of individual repairs on the upper and lower bulkhead plus the crossmember on my car and my lads i would say change the whole thing.

I like retaining original panels but I think that one’s too far gone.

You certainly could repair it but it would take more time and replacing it and at the end if the day it wouldn’t be as nice of a job.

Thanks guys, I was leaning towards replacing it. The corners of the top dash rail are toast too so it makes sense to ditch it and the top rail.

I tried to repair the bulkhead on my pickup, but they metal was so thin in areas, it just wasn’t possible.
