Anyone point me in the direction of a fool’s guide radio fitting video? I took mine out three years ago and have no memory. 93 L reg Cooper with black plastic radio box thing under the dash on the passenger side. Can’t remember how to fix the under dash box back under the dash. I remember it was a pain getting it out.

Can I suggest just ditching the stereo and going with a bluetooth boom box? I did that with mine last year and will never go back. I use my phone to stream spotify as well as my immense library of songs. The sound is fantastic as well.

3 screws fits the surround tray to the dash rail, then the radio head unit just slides in. You can also convert your head unit to bluetooth and usb, but why do that when a new unit can be fitted for £60?

Thanks both. I think my radio box thing was bolted, not screwed in and it involved peeling back the fabric on top, with spanner’s in places they didn’t fit. Three screws sounds like a dream. Screwed from the dash, down into the radio box I assume? With regards to Spotify, usb and other witchcraft, I am low tech and low data. Purposely not installed an aerial when the car was resprayed. Not keen on radio. Just me and a handful of cds.

Fit a glass mount aerial but hide the wiring so you can then use the radio or a bluetooth to radio frequency converter, I use the bluetooth to radio frequency converter in my daily driver.

Apologies If I'm getting off on a tangent
