I believe its for the car model not 100% sure

don't thinks it's a pickup headliner - should have an rectangular metal plate on the frame at the back (across the centre rib) where the courtesy light would fit.

 

clarification :  my '81 pickup headliner has the metal plate for the courtesy light.  always possible earlier models were different....

I looks like a half section from a Mk1 saloon. I can't recall if its a front or back half though.

Would it not be wider at the cured end than the straight end for the front & vice versa if it's the rear liner section?

It is a front - you can see the discolouration around the sunvisor positions.

 

I'd need a decent picture of the back side of the straight edge to decide if it was car or van to see if there is the provision for it to interlock into the rear half.

(I think the van one may be the same as pickup with the centre courtesy light though?)
