As above chaps really.
Where are you mounting a Malpassi Fuel Regulator ?
In the Boot...
On the Rear Subframe...
Under the Bonnet...
Id like to fit mine under the bonnet somewhere, any pics would be great.
Cheers. Dicky.

Anyone know what the Malpassi pressure is set at from the factory ?

You need a gauge that screws in the top to set the pressure

looks like it's set wide open from the factory - as above, you'll need a pressure gauge to set it to a specific value

Just to add some more info to this.
Had a deep search through the internet...think it was on an MG forum. It seems that Malpassi Regulators come Pre-Set at 3psi. Ideal for my twin HS4s.
So, fitted the new glass bowl regulator and all working very well. (Mine has'nt got a fitting for a Gauge)

Close to the carb means less pressure loss between regulator & carb. Ideally you'd want higher pressure from the pump to the regulator because it can't increase pressure to get the steady 3psi you want.
3psi would be a 286cm head of petrol, so not impossible to do with a ladder 'n length of pvc hose
