1980 clubman. Left indicator works, hazards don’t work (but flash on dash). Right indicators don’t work but light up solid on dash. Any ideas where to start? I’ve not looked at the electrics for years so don’t know where to start! Can anyone start me off?

First thing I would try is cleaning up any and all earthing points you can find, you would be surpised what problems they can cause.

Earths and relays, then change the switch. Clean everything as you go

Thank you. I’ll try the earth points. I assume the indicator housings are earthed through the fixing screws. Any hidden earth point apt be aware of?

Thank you.

Not with the clubman models, clean up the bullet terminals behind the front panel then the main earth point
