Bleed it more, adjust the back brakes. The back brakes are installed correctly?

What was the pedal travel like before you bled them?
Done any other work to them at the same time?
Discs or drums front?

 and new disc upfront.

Does this include new Calipers ?

It could be that the seals on them are dry and not allowing them to self adjust.

When I find this, I remove one pad at a time, pump the pedal a few times to get that Piston to move out about 10 mm or so, push it back in, then move on to the next. This will get the some fluid on to the seals and allow the pistons to adjust more naturally.
