Hi

I have a nippon two clock setup. I got a nippon Rev counter but managed to snap the needle on it (long story).

I have come across a Lucas Rev counter (looks the same). Does anyone know if this will work attached to the Nippon setup? It has a different flimsy board across the back. Cars a way off running so I can’t test it.

Thanks
Andy

I had the same thing when trying to change the rev counter face!
I bought an old smiths rev counter on eBay,make sure it says RVC 4 cylinder on the face. The connections should be the same on the back ,a bullet and a spade.
The one I got only goes you 7000 rpm though but works perfectly
