Hi all anyone know which are the best replacement rubber for the rear lights I'm struggling with the off side rear light fitting seems to tight to get a good seal after fitting recent Heritage 3/4 back panel.

I'm assuming you mean the lamp to body seal. I last bought a couple of years ago and they all appear to come from the same supplier wherever you buy from. The seals then were vastly inferior to the original. Much thicker and stiffer as you have found.

I noticed that the seals are starting to degrade and the car hasn't been used since they were fitted just sitting in my garage.

I think that it is the usual case of modern replacements not being fit for purpose but who cares?

agreed, I ordered new ones from ebay. pile of crap. I ended up searching for very good second hand original ones.
