Only getting the noise with the wheel turned at certain speeds. No noise when driving straight. Greased all ball joints and track rod ends are good (not loose).
Please confirm it's not something else.

That's 100% a CV joint knock. I'd also make sure your ballpoints have no play, service them if needed whilst it's off.
