Hi,

Having problems with my 2000 MPI. I have recently acquired the car and haven't owned a mini in 30 years, so things are a tad different.

I don't have any hazard warning lights or indicators, hazard switch does not light up when turned on and no indicator lights on the dashboard either.

I purposely activated the alarm to see if the indicators flashed and they do; all four of them.

I've read a few posts that suggest various starting places but there doesn't seem to be anything for this particular problem. Does anyone have any ideas in terms of starting points?

Thanks in advance.

It's either the switch a fuse or relay

They share the same electronic flasher on MPI's. There's a relay that's operated by the ignition switch to connect the flasher to the indicator stalks.
