Distributor Suggestions

Best Answer Spider , 04 July 2020 - 07:05 PM

Are those Mini Spares ones good and reliable?

I've tested many off the shelf distributors that are available for our cars.

The Mini Spares units I've found are the only ones that are bang on spec. They also appear well made and I have a few mates who have been running these for a while now, all without issue.

In short, yes, they are a great unit.

Probably a ADU5789 from Mini Spares, asuming it's an A+ 998 engine with no engine mods.

Thanks for the reply and help, I have found Mini spares to be a little slow of late, and not very good with their communication... I have seen some that say they are `high spark` and others `no points`... just wanted to see if others are using/could recommend maybe another option?

it is a 998 A+ engine with no mods.

thank you again

John
