Hi everyone,

I was busy trying to replace the engine steady bushes on the Mini, and I noticed there was quite a bit of dirt and grease on the subframe and components. I was wondering what the best way to clean this off would be?

Thanks :)

Bilt Hamber Surfex is pretty good in general for de-greasing and cleaning

Is that the thin layer of oil and grease that protects the front subframe!

Yes my mini used to have a total loss lubrication system (half moon seal :shy: ) resulting in a near perfect front subby
